Firefox has taken it upon itself to encrypt facebook and msn/live/hotmail and i cannot remove it. It gave me the "RISK" error when i went to the site, i added exception, it still encrypted!!!

Firefox doesn't automatically encrypt any websites, it loads whatever the user types in the Location Bar or whatever is in a saved bookmark.

Any chance that you have the HTTPS Everywhere addon installed?

Some sites like Facebook have a setting to force a secure connection.

You can look at this link on how to disable forcing a secure connection in Facebook.
