I have updated all the drivers and windows 7. However upon any video game play or video watching my system becomes completely unresponsive and requires a hard restart. What can the problem be? The flash player is up to date. The drivers are all up to date. It doesn't seem to matter what kind of game or video it is, within minutes the system stops dead!!! We have been trying for several weeks to resolve this issue without success. Please advise on what we should do.

1. Are you playing online videos and online games? Yes 2. Have you made any changes to your computer recently? No, the computer is only about 6 months old and has done this since the beginning and I have been told there is nothing diagnostically wrong with it. 3. If you are playing online videos and playing online games, are you using Internet Explorer to access Internet? No I use Mozilla Firefox 4. If yes, what is the version of Internet Explorer installed on your computer? 5. Which application are you using to play videos? They can be Youtube videos or just like an ad type thing.

Thank you, but it still freezes completely. It froze twice in the last 5-10 minutes even after i changed that setting.
