Firefox can't resume network connection after windows resumes. FFox ver 15.0.1 on Win7, when window goes to sleep, all F.fox sessions are hung. Regardless of the target url, when windows is resumed, F.fox can not resume connections and the only option is to close and open a new window. IE has no such problem. Is there a place to log formal bugs against firefox?

This sounds like a problem with your Internet connection. Sometimes, upon waking up from sleep, Windows might not have had time to load the connection to your network, which also halts when your computer goes to sleep.

I might do well in pointing out that I do not have this problem after waking up my laptop from Sleep and/or Hibernation under Windows 7.

The IE browser resumes connections to previous sessions without a problem, so I'm afraid your assumption doesn't hold water.
