Adobe Flash Player DRM errors out, 3307 InternalFailure

OS: Windows 7 64 Bit

The problem:

I can't get DRM in Adobe Flash to work. Using the player here:

with this movie:

http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080/Content/anonymous.f4v

I receive the following error output:

Starts to get video metadata at Mon May 20 23:41:29 GMT-0400 2013 DRMContentData received on Mon May 20 23:41:30 GMT-0400 2013 authenticationMethod = anonymous ServerURL = http://drmtest2.adobe.com:8080 license ID = 43345AEF-52FF-3F20-90FF-ABDC98A2E3E4

DRMErrorEvent dispatched by DRMManger received on Mon May 20 23:41:30 GMT-0400 2013 event type = drmError Error Code = 3307 [InternalFailure] Sub Error Code = -2147024895 Error Details = drmUpdateNeeded = false systemUpdateNeeded = false

Things I have tried:

- clean uninstall & reinstall of Adobe flash - uninstall & reinstall of Firefox - different user accounts on this computer - new/fresh profile for Firefox

Other pertinent info:

- flash works fine on this computer in Chrome

On my win 7 64, Fx 21, with 11.7.700.202 Shockwave Flash plugin, I get "Video can not be played, because the file is corrupted". Could be it is just the tip of the (same) iceberg.
