Intellicast active weather map will not load Firefox 22
or other recent Firefox updates. The url is: http://www.intellicast.com/Local/WxMap.aspx This is really strange, because it is only happening on one computer, the site opens normally on any other computer I have with Firefox 22. I get a menu bar across the top of the page, but the actual map doesn't load. On the same computer, the site opens normally in IE 9. I've tried everything I found in google searches - disabling all add ons, making sure java and javascript are enabled, making sure java is fully up to date, making sure flash player is up to date, making sure cookies are not blocked, making sure load images is checked, trying if firefox safe mode (doesn't work there either). I tried reinstalling firefox over the original install. Nothing has solved the problem.

You seem to have tried most common solutions. Have you tried resetting firefox? That will solve most issues:

Hello eddyc - I was hoping to avoid doing the reset because I'm lazy and I was hoping to avoid having to rebuild Firefox again (I just got it set up properly on this computer a few months ago). I was hoping that someone might have the specific fix to this problem. However, after seeing your reply I decided to sack up and I did the reset. And yes, this does fix the problem with Intellicast's active weather map. Thank you, I'm a better man for this experience.

If it happens again then you can try basic steps like these in case of issues with web pages:
Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
Hello cor-el - thank you for the suggestions. I did try deleting the cookies from Intellicast and starting from an empty cache, but to no avail. I also tried running in Firefox's safe mode, which also did not solve the issue. I didn't know the trick to reload the page and bypass the cache; I'll keep that one in mind. I don't know what I did or what happened to cause the issue, but hopefully I won't do it again.
