After finding my toolbar changes in ways I do not like I reurned to IE8. When I go to uninstall Foxfire, nothing happens. When I try to delete the mozilla file, it says to remove using program.

You likely have installed adware, have you tried uninstalling the toolbars first from the control panel, also if your firefox search has been hijacked use the reset feature.
