After installing Firefox I lost all inbox emails for outlook for 2014 and all older emails are red flagged.
I have now removed Firefox and named Outlook as my default browser. Still no emails for 2014. I am using Outlook 2010. Its odd that all the emails are now flagged. I am using Windows 7. I would really like to recover the lost emails.

Outlook is not a browser and Firefox has noting to do with your email. Please elaborate.
Are you using the Outlook 2010 that comes as part of Microsoft Office 2010? You may want to try a forum that is more specific to that product, such as:
