I updated Firefox (29.0 on a Mac OSX 10.6.8) and now the address bar becomes unusable when I go to certain websites. See this tweet for an example:

I think that's caused by the RSS Icon add-on. I think that's what it's called. Disable any RSS add-ons you have.

To elaborate: It makes the address bar unusable because when I click on it nothing happens, can't write in it or highlight url.

Yup, that seems to have fixed it! Too bad, that RSS Icon was helpful :(
