I had to reinstall Windows 7 and didn't save a backup of my Firefox Profile.

Is there any way I can restore bookmarks and other profile files from Windows (C:)>Windows.old>program files (x86)? All my old files were restored, but would my old Firefox profile be included? Where would it be?

Firefox Profile isn't in the program files, it's in the roaming app data files section.

You should be able to find your data under:

C:\Windows.old\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Firefox\Profiles

If you do not see that folder, make sure Windows is not hiding it from you. This article has the steps: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files

As an example of one way to resurrect your old profile folder, see: https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1003760#answer-583574
