Chosen solution
You only see the reset button on the "Help > Troubleshooting Information" page if you use the profile that is marked as Default=1 in the profiles.ini file. If you do not have the "Reset" button then either use the Profile Manager to create a new profile or use the Profile Manager to start with the current default profile to get the Reset button in Firefox.
Your crash report is about a problem with the Shockwave Flash plugin, so a reset won't help for this issue.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

The initial posting doesn't allow for adding screenshots. Just "answer" this thread and then post the screenshot using the Browse button.
It is best to use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed a maximum file size of 1 MB. Then use the Browse .... button below the Post a Reply text box to upload the screenshot.
The Reset feature is only available for the Default Profile. If you don't see that button, you're not viewing Troubleshooting Information in the default Profile.
