HI please update the dashline plugin or try a new install. Mozilla is looking into this issue and has provided the recommendation of that update as a work around.

Please report back if you have any further issues about this topic. Thank you.

Tried the new install option, did not work. When I went to update plugin ? Research was on the Dashlane plugin. How do I update the Dashlane plugin? The Dashlane extension is updated.

I am having this problem, too. I am currently running Firefox version 33.1.1 on Mac OX Mavericks version 10.9.5. My Dashlane is updated to current version 3.1.2 .

Dashlane works fine in both Chrome and Safari. It worked fine in Firefox, until the introduction of version 31.1 .

Your 'work around', does not work. Dashlane has issued no less than 3 updates in the last couple off days. But no 'healing' for Firefox.

I use Firefox as my Primary browser and in close tandem with Chrome and Safari. If one does not work, it's not a happy day in the office. So .. please find a fix soon.

Thanks ... ": \

Dashlane does seem to be recommended to work with Firefox is 32bit mode, if you open Firefox in 32bit mode does this help? as well as cannot recommend for beta versions http://support.dashlane.com/customer/.../610116-can-i-use-dashlane-in-any-beta-alpha-or-nightly-browser-builds- but this is not the case here. Possible that 31.1.1 broke the previous fix.

Please also tweet to https://twitter.com/DashlaneSupport about this for more awareness. Thank you.

I was directed to send a Tweet to Dashlane Support on Twitter with my problem. They responded with a statement that they were working on a solution. Within the day I had another Tweet, with a link for a fix for Firefox on Mac OS X Mavericks + : goo.gl/DV91LE download .

I followed the link - > Downloaded -> Installed and Voila! GREEN LIGHT on Impala and Dashlane is back in ACTION on my Firefox! Yipeeee. I am now a happy camper (workflow is restored!!) again.

Thank you Firefox Support and Dashlane Support for rapid action on both counts. Much appreciated.
