Can't download firefox on my HP Pavilion dv9543d Notebook

It downloads to 97% then starts over. I have been using firefox on my desktop pc for a long time, but cant't get it installed on my notebook. I have deactivated eset firewall and windows defender still no go. IE 11 does work.

Try the offline full setup instead of the stub installer.
