Completely clean install firefox, no offers

I screwed up my Firefox and need a *clean* install. Re-installing using all possible combinations results in "Firefox -Choose User Profile" box with nothing in and no way to "Create Profile" - a window pop up for tiny fraction of a second and disappeared without letting me see what's in it. This drives me insane. I do not care for all my previous settings, history, bookmarks - I need a *fresh* install. Please, HELP! Thanks, Vlad

Chosen solution

Hi Vlad, please open this path: 

%APPDATA%

And then rename the Mozilla folder to OldMozilla (I suggest renaming instead of deleting so you can dig out anything essential you need later)

Then edit the "Roaming" in the Windows Explorer address bar to "Local" and rename the Mozilla folder there the same way.

Then when you run the installer, Firefox should not detect your old settings and should instead set up new folders.

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ (scroll down to your preferred language)

Hi jsher200! Thank you very much! It did the trick! There were several things on the way like no Local folder, only Roaming; the other thing was that I was using pretty old K-Meleon, and updated it to most recent beta between Firefox trials. However - it's victory and I am really grateful to you for that! I am starting now new clean life for my Firefox. Thanks! Vlad
