Messages marked as spam in Thunderbird still make it in my inbox!

I have messages marked as spam but still appear in my inbox. For all these messages I then set up a filter so each and every sender of those spam messages will not make it anymore in my inbox but I am getting every day new senders so it doesn´t help anything and these filters slow down the Thunderbird program.

Maybe someone knows the solution to not get the messages marked as spam in my inbox?

Thunderbird uses the word 'Junk' and carefully avoids using the word 'Spam'. If a message is marked as 'Spam' it was done by some system before reaching your inbox, possibly by your email provider, or some other server that the message 'passed through' in transit.

The person that can come up with a 100% effective Spam filter will become as well known as Bill Gates, or Steve Jobs, maybe just as wealthy.

The attached screenshot shows a simple filter that will catch messages that have '***SPAM*** added to the subject line by some Spam filters, or that contain an address in China that often trickles into my inbox.

BTW. I never delete spam messages until I check them first in 'text' view mode.
Text view? If you have a menu bar showing, click on 'View', or no menu bar use 'Alt + V', or use the 'hamburger' icon ' ' - 'View' 'Message Body As' - 'Plain Text'
