Hi. Firefox keeps crashing when I try to download a file, since update version 59.0.2. I'm using windows 10 64 bit. If I restart the PC It runs fine for a while, but if I put the computer to sleep and use firefox after waking it up. Browsing is fine, but if I try to save an image or download a file it crashes. The file gets saved to the download location, but if I start firefox again. The download starts over, deleting the previously downloaded file.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

I'm not sure why it didn't log the previous crashes, but this is the most recent one bp-1bbee77a-0f52-4ee6-8e5a-761670180526 5/26/2018 11:12 AM

I don't understand the problem. It just crashed again at download and I can see only that crash report in the browser. No other reports.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Secure websites. Is the problem still there?
