Where is the problem when a new installed firefox on a fresh system says "SECURE CONNECTION FAILED"?
Win10 x64 Enterprise Chrome and IE work how they should
httpS sites cannot be loaded, normal http sites are no problem.
Firefox was fresh installed, at first try the profile of a old Win8 PC (Firefox 60.0.0.1) was copied to %appdata%/Mozilla/Firefox to have the passwords (Masterpassword enabled) The error message is "SECURE CONNECTION FAILED"?

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connections and send their own certificate.

Often, "Secure Connection Failed" means "Connection Failed (trying to load a
secure page)". In other words, not a security problem, just a connection problem.
