Last week I started to get the following error 'Firefox can’t find the server at rover.ebay.com.' when I clicked on the link in a 'Favorite' email from eBay.

Last week I started to get the following error 'Firefox can’t find the server at rover.ebay.com.' when I clicked on the link in a 'Favorite' email from eBay. Prior to a week ago I would click on the link and it would take me to the eBay page/listing.

I am still using my older HP desktop with XP, that has Firefox version 52.9.0 ESR.

I have not run any updates other than one to CCleaner. 

What could be causing this to problem.

Last week I started to get the following error 'Firefox can’t find the server at rover.ebay.com.' when I clicked on the link in a 'Favorite' email from eBay. That would be a server issue not a browser issue as it indicated on the message you got. Did you contact eBay and tell them about this problem?
