I can not sign onto: https://www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com/en_US/collect-points/overview.html
About 2 months ago, it started that I could not sign onto the Kellogg's web site ( https://www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com/en_US/collect-points/overview.html )
I have 2 pc's and it happens on both.
Then Today, I got a new laptop, and I get the same thing. I click on the captcha button, and it goes to a check mark. But the other browsers send me to a check list to fill out. On firefox, I get aq check when I click on the captcha, THEN The captcha expires before I get signed on. I can sign on with microsoft's browser, and chrome. I have cleared the catch, etc.
On my new laptop, the same thing happens and since his was the first time to sign on at kellogg's, there was nothing saved.

Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}
your fix failed.
Once again,after I clicked on the CAPTCHA, it swirled and then it died before I got signed on. This was in safe mode.
I still can not sign on with firefox I can sign in through chrome and internet explorer
Did you check the section about Firefox's Tracking Protection?
I removed ALL tracking protection,; against advice; then I clicked on the link to prove I am human, the captcha,, and, like before, it shows a green check mark..
I never select anything, and when I click on continue, there is a "spinning icon" until the captcha expires again.
I believe that there is some problem with the captcha. This is the first time I have seen a check mark pop up ON A "CAPTCHA" WITHOUT CHOOSING SOMETHING!
Modified
You can check the date and time and time zone in the clock on your computer: (double) click the clock icon on the Windows Taskbar.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
I have tried everything that I was sent, to no avail. I give up and may return to chrome.
