How come changing FONTS/COLORS does NOT work after 20+ changes

EVERY time I change my fonts/colors to suit my vision needs, Firefox overrides my choices and replaces my white text with an obnoxious yellow. I am a visually impaired vet, and it is imperative that I be able to use black background with white text for all apps.

Try reinstalling the app? It should fix your problem.

Go to menu button in firefox and go to options , then select general panel. Under Fonts & Colors, use the drop-down menus to select the font and font size of your choice. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
