How can I delete a Firefox account that I'm locked out of?
I want to use the email address from my old Firefox account for my new Firefox account I don’t have a recovery code and the account I wish to delete doesn’t show on my authenticator app

Hi Colin,
My name is Kiki, the support community manager here. Unfortunately, there's no way to we can verify account ownership if you locked out due to 2FA issue. The only way to keep using Firefox Account is to create a new account.

You should visit https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/accounts/ page and start to sign in your old account. If you are unable to sign in than try it to recover your old account before deleting it from Firefox.
I am locked out of my old account

I will forward this to a SUMO Manager (SUMO = Support Mozilla).
