Windows on screen keyboard not triggered in text fields

When using Surface Go without physical keyboard attached, tapping on the Firefox address bar or text fields in web pages should trigger on-screen keyboard to appear. Works in other browsers on the same device, but not Firefox 77.

Annoying workaround is: long-press to force context menu to appear, screen keyboard also appears, cancel context menu, start typing.
