connecting IMAP via STARTTLS not working
No new email arrives. This problem started with version 73.0b1. There is no error window. When sending email via SMTP, email is sent but appears the window with information, that email can not be saved to SEND EMAILS in IMAP folder. Can be saved locally. Solution is to change STARTTLS to "not secured" connection. But !!??!!! that is bad solution.
Do somebody have same problem? Some better solution?

I have found solution. Change in THUNDERBIRD preferences editor security.tls.version.min from 3 to 1
From the menu at the top right, go to Options. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on Config Editor. Skip past the warning. Scroll down until you find security.tls.version.min (or paste security.tls.version.min to upper frame) Double click on it, and set the value to 1
Mozilla disabled TLS 1.0 and 1.1 in the latest versions of Firefox and Thunderbird. Thunderbird 73b and above. This causes issues with anyone connecting via SSL/TLS/StartTLS to services uses 1.1.

Je možné, že už je preplnený priečinok "Odoslaná pošta" kde je Thunderbirdom stanovený maximálny objem 4GB (rovnako ako aj pre každý samostatný priečinok). Kliknite na priečinok "Odoslaná pošta" pravým tlačidlom myši, vyberte "Vlastnosti" a preverte akú veľkosť na disku zaberá. Limit veľkosti zložky je detailnejšie vysvetlený tuná: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Limits_%28Thunderbird%29#Folders_and_messages.
Odporúčam staré správy z preplneného priečinka "Odoslaná pošta" odstrániť, alebo archivovať. Postup archivácie: Označte všetku starú poštu v priečinku "Doručená pošta" (cca 1000 emailov) a zvolte a (stlačiť klávesu a), alebo ich po označení archivujte aj takto (druhá možnosť): - Thunderbird - Správa - Archivovať - uvoľnili ste si miesto v priečinku a všetka stará pošta je ARCHIVOVANÁ - nájdete ju v priečinku ARCHÍVY pod konkrétnym letopočtom. Poštu z roku 2018 archivuje do priečinka 2018. Poštu z roku 2019 archivuje do priečinka 2019. https://support.mozilla.org/cs/kb/archivace-zprav
Pokiaľ v Thunderbirde odstránite e-mail, tak sa v skutočnosti iba označí ako odstránený, ale fyzicky zostane. Jeho fyzické odstránenie sa vykoná až použitím voľby "Údržbu priečinkov“. Takže aby ste zmenšili veľkosť preplneného priečinka je nutné ešte vykonať "Údržbu priečinkov": https://support.mozilla.org/cs/kb/provedeni-udrzby-slozek. Ďalšou možnosťou je, že ste narazili na limit veľkosti niektorého iného priečinka, kde je maximálny limit tak isto 4GB. V tomto prípade pomôže to isté - uvolniť preplnený priečinok archiváciou, alebo odstránením starých správ, a následným spustením "Údržby priečinkov".

Normální je tam hodnota 1. Jak jsi tam dostal tu 3, to asi ví jen bůh.
Verze 78 tam nastavuje automaticky 3, tedy na několika počítačích, kde jsem to testoval. Ve verzi 68 tam je ve výchozím 1. Proto tam není problém.
