Unable to log in to a website
I have an account with a company which deals with international money transfers. I have used this account for several years. Recently I have been unable to login (presumably because Firefox has issues with the website) and on calling the company they say I should "try using Google Chrome". I am unhappy about this - I prefer not to use a "commercial" browser and I'm particularly unhappy about using some part of the Google organisation. Please advise BTW every time I open Windows I get an invitation to use Microsoft Edge as my default browser - I thought companies were not permitted to "push" their products like this. Thanks John (British, living in France)

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
