Why did you default my start page to Bing?

I don't use the the other browser because they track. I use firefox and duck duck go. Why are you now defaulting my start page to bing? This is my computer. I will configure it the way I want. I have been using program for 15 or so years. Now you are starting to act like the other companies. Do I have to find another browser, that respects my choices?

Are you asking how to set the Home Page, or that the Home Page keeps changing?
