I get this add every now and then at the bottom right. only from this store. I have popups disabled and no exceptions. It's not always, but sometimes it shows up. Especially when I start up my computer. If I click it away, it stays away for a long time. I found a similar question in the archive but the answers didn't help my question. Thank you for the assistance.

Provide a link to the store. I suggest you download Process Explorer and use the bullseye from menu bar and then click that ad. It will then show you what process is showing that ad. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/process-explorer
