address book does not work after update
I upgraded my MacBook Air to the latest version and now my email address book in Thunderbird does not work. In particular, the groups that I created no longer send. It asks for new authentication.

Perhaps you need to use the security settings in your mac to allow Thunderbird to access your apple address book.
However it sounds like you are being prompted to sign into a remote address book. Perhaps the iwhatever web site apple uses for mail, contact, calendars etc.
