This happened

Every time Firefox opened

I uploaded a newer version of Firefox

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1)

Just so we're clear, when you say "I've tried all the tips" are you referring to the Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can article?
