why everytime i open the newest version does it just crash, opens, white screens and closes

i just installed the newest version of firefox fennec 4.0b3 was really working well with beta 2 uninstalled 2 first. installed b3 and it opens to a white screen and then crashes to desktop. i have unistalled again and reinstalled cleared phone caches, can't think of anything else to add. hope someone can help. Sincerely, souls, Motorola droid x verizon. froyo 2.2 operating system.

Today's nightly build of Firefox for Android had a bug that made it crash on startup. There will be a new, fixed nightly build available in a couple hours from https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android
