Just got a new Dell computer that has Windows 7 pre-installed. I will use Firefox & Thunderbird on it. I presume I'll have to install both from program downloads. But I have numerous bookmarks, emails, addresses, etc. on my old computer that I want to transfer to the new one. What needs to be done to accomplish this?

I will be using Windows Easy Transfer utility to move files & folders, etc. from the old to the new.
