I wonder why when I go to websites with certificates SSL (https) issued by VeriSign an error occurs, that the ssl has expired. WHEN IS LIE. It only happens with firefox and mainly about two months.

The www.otoc.pt server doesn't send the required "VeriSign International Server CA - Class 3" intermediate certificate.
You can inspect the certificate chain via a site like this:
You can download and install that certificate from this VeriSign web page.
Save the certificate text to a text file (e.g. VeriSign-Inc.cer) and import that file in the Certificate Manager
- Tools > Options > Advanced : Encryption: Certificates - View Certificates
