We are receiving reports from other users having issues with the Mozilla Firefox such as chat features, etc. However, this only happens on the Mozilla Firefox and not an issue with your account itself as you are not having this issue using other web browsers Clark: I would suggest that, in the mean time, try to use the Internet Explorer or Google Chrome if you are having issues using the Mozilla Firefox on your Yahoo! Mail page.
