No sound when using Firefox. Itunes and Quick Time work fine
While surfing with Firefox, YouTube and other videos do not have audio. ITunes and other audio programs work fine.

Chosen solution
Your Firefox Plugins are quite older you need to update them.
-> Update All your Firefox Plugins
- https://www-dev.allizom.org/en-US/plugincheck/
- http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/
- When Downloading Plugins Update setup files, Remove Checkmark from Downloading other Optional Softwares with your Plugins (e.g. Toolbars, McAfee, Google Chrome, etc.)
-> Restart Firefox
Also perform the suggestions mentioned in the following article: -> Clear Cookies & Cache
