Firefox crashes
after installing the latest version of roboform firefox closes unexpectedly on start up. I've deleted every file and folder that has firefox in its name. Same with roboform. i downloaded the latest version of firefox yet this problem persists.

Hey, bruklinboy
Have you tried starting Firefox in Safe Mode? Hold down "shift" while Firefox is starting up. If the crash doesn't happen in Safe Mode, you should read Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
There is also a lot of useful stuff in the Troubleshoot Firefox crashes (closing or quitting unexpectedly) Knowledge Base article. If you've recently upgraded, you might want to check out this article as well.
Hopefully this helps!

Thanks. starting in safe mode did the trick. i disabled all my add ons and then by turning each one on and restarting each time I found it was the roboform add on that was causing the issue. this all started when i installed the latest version of roboform. i'm wondering if this is a known issue or just a corrupt install.
RoboForm has a history of causing Firefox crashes, at least on Windows. Just recently, a Windows user reported Firefox randomly crashing after installing RoboForm 7.7.3 but in that case, Firefox still crashed in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode. (RoboForm has since released v 7.7.4 for Windows). Ref:

Since you have RoboForm for Mac I would contact RoboForm Support to see if Firefox crashes are a known issue with the Mac version.
