When I copy text with images from a website only the text shows up. It never used to do that. It might be from an update? I can copy an image all by itself and paste it, but when I want a lot of images and some text, I should be able to simply select it and copy paste it into a document like I always have, all at once.

When I go to the same page on Internet Explorer and copy the exact same thing, it pastes both text AND images, every time, no problem.

What is going on? I like Firefox, but all these updates and changes are annoying. It is bad enough that "Convert to Acrobat" doesn't work with Firefox at all, but now simply doing a copy & paste doesn't work right either???

If I can't fix this QUICK, I'm done with Firefox. I copy & paste ALL the time

Hi,

Please check if this happens in Safe Mode.

Problematic Extensions

Troubleshooting Extensions and Themes

Uninstalling Add-ons

Uninstalling Toolbars

Safe mode disables the installed Extensions, and themes (Appearance) in Tools (Alt + T) > Add-ons. Hardware acceleration is also temporarily disabled - the manual setting is Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Use hardware acceleration when available. Options > Advanced. All these settings/add-ons can also be individually or collectively disabled/enabled/changed in Firefox normal mode to check if an extension, theme or hardware acceleration is causing issues.
