There is a pop up everytime I am online called Mytoolapp.com, I cant do anything with the internet with out it intervering.

It changed my homepage everytime I am online, and I keep replacing it with google, but sofar no luck. Verytime I am online it goes on to www.mytoolapp.com and I cant stay on my website. this makes it impossible to use the internet. does anyone have any tips. my virus scanner does not recognise it as a virus or mallware.

You didn't post your Firefox system details, so could you try the following:

Open the following page and disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions:

orange Firefox button > Add-ons > Extensions category or
Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions category

Then restart Firefox and see whether the behavior has changed.

Open the following page and disable ALL nonessential or unrecognized extensions:

orange Firefox button > Add-ons > Extensions category or
Tools menu > Add-ons > Extensions category

Then restart Firefox and see whether the behavior has changed.
