How do I print a page I am viewing?

I see no print icon. I use this often in IE, because I pay bills online and find some transactions don't have a print icon available on the web page. How do I print my receipt from these sites?

Sometimes a pop-up window does not have a menu bar. In that case, you can use Ctrl+p to call up the print dialog.

If you prefer a right-click, I have seen at least one extension that adds that: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefox/addon/printprint-preview/

One other thing, in case it's a PDF (e.g., monthly statement). Recently I noticed the Acrobat PDF plugin will display the PDF without showing the top toolbar with the print icon. Moving the mouse toward the bottom center of the screen displays a floating toolbar, or pressing the Esc key displays the classic toolbar. Both of those have a print icon.
