Every time Firefox is opened the Apple menu toolbar disappears. Have tried entering and exiting full screen mode on Firefox but nothing happens besides a white strip where the menu bar would be.

Try to remove the Firefox plist file (org.mozilla.firefox.plist).

Go to "~/Library/Preferences" and remove the plist file for Firefox (org.mozilla.firefox.plist)

Try to repair the disk permissions:


You can check for problems with the localstore.rdf file.
