can I get a disc to download rather than online?

I'm having trouble getting on line with windows explorer on one computer, so I'd like to get a disc of the Firefox to download. because I have Firefox on my other computer and love it. it there any way I can get a disc or what? help please.

Sorry, Mozilla hasn't offered Firefox on a CD in many years, like 2006 or 2007. Download Firefox on another PC to a USB Flash stick and transfer the setup file to the afflicted PC.
