When I attempt to play anything in Netflix, all I see is a gray screen.

There is nothing to click and no error messages.

Here are the steps I have already taken that have not fixed the problem:

It is a FireFox-only issue. Netflix works fine in IE and Chrome. I cleared my cache/cookies. I deleted the "is" folder in Silverlight I uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight. I uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox. I did a full scan to look for malware/virus-- all scans showed nothing.

This is day 2 of having this problem. Netflix assures me that everything is fine on their end, and since it works in other browsers and there's nothing wrong with my computer, there's something wrong with FireFox.

I have Firefox 30.0 and Silverlight 5. I'm working on a PC with Windows 7.

"There is nothing to click and no error messages."

I answered this in the original post. No, there are no error messages.
