error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long
I can't seem to get any new email from TB. I'm on the latest version 31.4.0. I am able to get my Charter email on my phone and direct off the web. I have double checked the imap.charter.net:143 and smtp.charter.net:25. I did change my password yesterday online with Charter. Now, TB just sits and does nothing.
I get the following errors:
Timestamp: 1/27/2015 6:25:50 PM Error: An error occurred during a connection to imap.charter.net:143.
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length.
(Error code: ssl_error_rx_record_too_long)
