I'm having problems with slow connection to Google, slow response, crashing, etc.(everything hangs up) When I check the compatibility, it shows my old Windows XP, and I can't change it to Windows 7. It's not on the menu. What do I do ?

hello bfbruce, please just untick the box to run the application in compatibility mode.
