How to make "save and quit" show when closing, and other problems
warnonclose is set to true in the about:config, so that's not the fix for it. I'd like to have the nice "save and quit" warning I'm closing my browser, so I can continue my work later.
How do I disable autocomplete, search suggestion, or whatever else it may be called? I don't want it showing my search history when I'm typing in the search bar. (I still want it to save my url history in the url bar though.)
And how do I stop it from suggesting emails when I'm logging into sites?

Type about:config<enter> in the address bar. If a warning screen comes up, press the Be Careful button. At the top of the screen is a search bar.
Set browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab to false.
Didn't change anything. It still just says I'll be closing x amount of tabs and has close or cancel options. No save and quit showing up.
Ahh, you want to resume your last session? You did not say that.
Close Firefox via Menu > File > Exit. When you restart Forefox later;
- From about:home -
- From history -
select "restore previous session.
Hm, no way to return the simple "save and quit" option, like the older versions have?

The location bar drop down list can show history items as well as bookmarked pages and websites currently opened in tabs. You can set what suggestions to show when you enter an URL in the location/address bar in "Options/Preferences > Privacy".
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Location Bar: When using the location bar, suggest:
History
Bookmarks
Open tabs - browser.urlbar.suggest.history.onlyTyped choice needs to be changed directly via the pref
- browser.urlbar.suggest.searches choice is present in Firefox 43+ as "Show search suggestions in location bar results" in "Options/Preferences > Search" as part of the search settings
