Getting AVG blocking "HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-1749075 after patch install

Hello, After installing firefox patch my AVG started popping up with blocking and removing: HKEY-USERS\S-1-5-21-17490755120-3867758344-658663873-1001\software\microsoft\windows\current version\run\\ I have not been able to stop it. it keeps popping up every 2-3 seconds. Is there something I can do to prevent this?

And what do you mean by installing Firefox patch?

In the last couple months there have been cases of a so called fake firefoxpatch.exe users have come across. Hopefully this is not what you meant by patch as this can install things like Trojans or even CryptoLocker on Windows.

You appear to still have Firefox 42.0 so you did not update internally in Firefox to 43.0 or download from say www.mozilla.org/firefox/all
