Ever since I download the latest ESR I have had browsing issues.

Ever since downloading ESR, I can open certain web pahes and when I click on a tab in the web page that tab doesnt open. Some websites do not open either.

The ESR version shouldn't make a difference.

You can create a new profile to test if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.
