firefox crashes always

I installed firefox, V 58.0 since november 2017 or the biginning of december into my windows laptop, Levovo 510, and I chosed to be the default browser but siince the first day until now, after all the updates, it crashed when I close it and I send crash report but there is no reply from mozilla, this is happening everyday including today.

I checked in mozilla.org if there is a way to contact them, email but all what I found it this link, contacts (Help) which will redirect me to Q&A.

Thats why I decided to post my problem in the community page hoping that you can guode me in the process. windows edge browser is remarkable but have few negatives and it freezes sometimes so I cannot rely on it as the default browser, google chrome is perfect but tend to be slow sometimes and unresponsive. Opera are good also but still need few compatibility issues.

hello, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there starting with bp- & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes.

thanks, so this is an artificially triggered crash during shutdown since 60s after you have closed the browser the connection to the file that holds your bookmarks & history is still not closed yet. there may a number of reasons i could think of that may impact this: are you setting up firefox to clear your history at shutdown in the privacy & security options - perhaps something that would put some workload on that file? or there may be some external security/sandboxing software that prohibits proper communication with this file. or the file has become corrupted and perhaps it's best to start with a fresh profiles.sqlite file and just import the important pieces like the old bookmarks...

no, it should be fine to import the bookmarks into a new profile: Export Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file to back up or transfer bookmarks
