Ma reggel a számítógépem bekapcsolásakor a TB újként üdvözölt. A profile mappám teljes tartalma eltűnt, a régi profile mappámat egy maival írta felül. 4 évnyi levelezésem tűnt el. Hogyan lehetne ezt megoldani?

Szia!

Nézd meg az %APPDATA%\Thunderbird\Profiles mappát, hogy mi szerepel benne. Ha pedig tényleg elveszett a mappa akkor nincs mit tenni, időnként kell biztonsági mentést csinálni, és igencsak ajánlott IMAP protokollt használni, hogy a kiszolgálón is megmaradjanak a levelek, ha ilyesmi történik.
