I have 2 emails with GoDaddy that connect to my website(s). They use smtp.office365.com as the outgoing server. I set up one of the accounts and it works perfectly. I set up the other account and it only receives emails, but send them. The smtp(above) for the first account is on port 587. Would changing the port for the 2nd account make it work? Otherwise, what do you suggest?

I have never used this forum before so I don't know where to retrieve the answer. Will I get an email with a link when my question is answered? Please send to tsdinc@sbcglobal.net Thank you so very much

godaddy do not use office365 as an outgoing server. Perhaps try configuring your software as the vendor suggests.

Microsoft will routinely refuse to "relay" message for email accounts not hosted on office365.
