My organization is using Cityworks for our EAM. The map refreshes periodically causing a loss of any work that has not been saved. Is this a setting in Firefox?

The javascript based map will periodically refresh. This causes loss of work order information if not saved previous to the refresh occurring. Is there a setting in Firefox (config?) that will alleviate this? I have tried blockautorefresh but that has not worked.

Did you test if others browser exhibit the same problem. It could be also how the browser handles the data from the site that it can't correctly display it as well.
