When I log out and try to log back in it always automatically opens up in a new (non-pinned) tab...have other sites pinned and they don't do this.

I can't help thinking it's related to ending up on msn.com after logging out, but I don't know the logic behind how much cross-site navigation is allowed in pinned tabs.
