I cant send email it gives me error

here's the info you want: Gmail isp: comcast MacOS mojave 10.14 firewall norton security: everything off thunderbird Version 60.8.0

You have it set to send on port 587 with SSL/TLS security. Gmail uses port 587 with STARTTLS security or port 465 with SSL/TLS security.

what error does it give?

Personally I would point the finger straight at any product from symantec. So you might want to disable it.
